What is NCACC registered
NCACC stands for National Conventional Arms Control Committee. The NCACC is a cabinet committee appointed by the President to control all conventional arms-related issues in terms of the National Conventional Arms Control Amendment Act, 2002 (Act No. 41 of 2002). NCACC registration is what allows you to legally deal in the military -grade/fully automatic sector -things like fully automatic firearms, armoured vehicles, and explosives, beyond what a standard firearms dealer licence covers. It’s the legal gateway to the commercial defence and military supply market in South Africa.
