The MAGPUL – B.A.D. Lever® – Battery Assist Device – AR15/M4 is designed to improve the speed and efficiency of bolt catch manipulation on AR15, M4, and M16 rifles. By extending a control paddle to the right side of the receiver, it allows shooters to engage and release the bolt from the fire-control position using the trigger finger, improving reload speed and malfunction clearance.

Machined from durable billet 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with MIL-Spec Type III hard anodizing, the MAGPUL – B.A.D. Lever® – Battery Assist Device – AR15/M4 provides long-lasting performance while maintaining a lightweight and low-profile design. The textured surface ensures a secure grip without interfering with normal bolt-catch operation.

Installation is simple and requires no permanent modification to the firearm. The MAGPUL – B.A.D. Lever® – Battery Assist Device – AR15/M4 attaches directly to the standard bolt catch using the included Torx mounting screw with Nyloc® Blue patch, preventing loosening under recoil.

Designed for use with Mil-Spec forged upper and lower receivers, IT works for both left-handed and right-handed shooters while still allowing traditional bolt-catch manipulation according to standard AR platform operation.
